Canterbury Residential Construction provides General Contracting and Carpentry services, specializing in exterior carpentry. We can take care of any of your construction needs. All bookings are subject to availability and are subject to the terms discussed in each contract.
2. Bookings & Payments
To acquire the services above stated, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required. Final payment terms, materials and timelines will be outlined in your contract agreement.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Client-initiated cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. In the rare event that Canterbury Residential Construction LLC must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability.
4. Client Conduct
Clients agree to provide necessary information and conduct themselves respectfully throughout the process. Canterbury Residential Construction reserves the right to cancel a contract for harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Canterbury Residential Construction LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the amount specified in each contract.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
